How the Process works

  • Select your Document

    The type of document(s) you need notarized, number of signers, witnesses, etc.

  • Select your appointment & Submit Deposit

    Choose an open appointment to complete your general notarization, I-9 verification, loan closing or Apostille.


    Secure your spot with a $50 deposit to hold your appointment

  • Arrive at your appointment

    Whether a remote or in-person appointment, ID’s are checked, the document is reviewed, the notarization is complete, and (for Apostilles) the document is taken for processing.

Appointment Deposit Policy
To ensure commitment to scheduled appointments, a non- refundable deposit of $50 is required at booking.

This Deposit:

  • Secures your appointment time

  • Applies toward your final service fee

  • Cannot be refunded for no-shows or same-day cancellations

  • Will be forfeited if you are not present within 15 minutes of your designated appointment time

Life happens, so if you need to reschedule:

  • Provide 24 hours notice to apply to your deposit to a new appointment time

  • Changes with less than 24 hours notice will require a new deposit

  • Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
